Employee motivation and satisfaction in production company

The main subject of the thesis is employee motivation and satisfaction. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the employee motivation and work satisfaction of a production company, identify areas of dissatisfaction and provide recommendations for future improvements. The study also aims to emphasize the relationship between employee motivation and work satisfaction and the level of their performance, loyalty, absenteeism, fluctuation as well as the correllation between employee motivation and satisfaction and the overall organizational performance. A brief introduction is followed by the theoretical framework of the thesis which includes such concepts as motivation, stimulation, work motivation, job satisfaction or motivation profile, explains and focuses on basic theories of motivation and factors of employee satisfaction. The empirical part of the thesis introduces the human resources management in the production company and the questionnaire investigation conducted among the employees of the production company. The questionnaire icludes parts where the questions about satisfaction of the employee with the selected factors influencing employee motivation and satisfaction were asked. This section also includes conclusions and recommendations for future employee motivation and satisfaction improvements.
Job Satisfaction

The bachelor thesis is focused on a qualitative research of job satisfaction of women, factors leading to job satisfaction and discrimination problems. The theoretical part describes the meaning of the following terms: job satisfaction, theories, factors of job satisfaction, behavior caused by satisfaction or dissatisfaction, differences between women and men, discrimination due to age, gender or religion. The practical part is focused on the description of data collection. The case study takes place in two companies SILON, s. r. o. and Česká pošta. The methods used were questionnaire survey and interviews with women. The questionnaire contains 24 questions. Job satisfaction survey was conducted in January 2016. Based on the results of the survey input the hypothesis in the practical part was specified. Furthermore, it was also found on which areas the companies should focus on to increase job satisfaction of women. In the end, appropriate measures were proposed.

This bachelor's thesis examines the area of satisfaction and work behaviour with the aim of conducting both quantitative and qualitative research of satisfaction in relation to employee turnover in the joint-stock company E.ON Energie, specifically in the Electri-city Purchase and Energy Sales TOP&BIG division.

This bachelor thesis is focused on job satisfaction of problematic employee types covered by anti-discrimination law. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters where basic concepts such as work or satisfaction are explained and discussed. Furthermore, there are factors affecting job satisfaction and the method of its determination. At the beginning of the practical part the objective of the thesis and the way in which the information was collected is described. Job satisfaction survey was conducted in January 2014 at the company Aquazona and was attended by a total of 12 employees. Information about job satisfaction was obtained primarily through structured interviews with employees. Based on the results of the survey input the hypothesis in the practical part was specified. Furthermore, it was also found on which areas the company should focus on to increase job satisfaction of their employees. In these areas, relevant measures were pro-posed.

The main aim of this work is to determine the current level of employee satisfaction, the reasons that lead to these results, and ways that the current situation can be improved. The theoretical part is focused on the most important topics related to satisfaction characterization, it's influence of work behavior, factors affecting it, importance and methods to investigate it. The practical part is focused on exploration of employee job satisfaction in the chosen company. This finding has been based on the questionnaire survey. The list of areas examined of satisfaction and analyzed problem areas of employee satisfaction. To these results were then suggest ways, how could the current employee satisfaction effectively as possible to increase and secure.
Comparison of the state of the job satisfaction of employees in selected financial offices

This Master thesis deals with the job satisfaction of employees in Financial Office in Pilsen and Financial Office in Tachov. The aim is to compare the state of the job satisfaction of employees at individual financial offices. The theoretical part describes what the term "working satisfaction" actually means, which main factors influence it and why these factors are not important only for financial offices. In this thesis is explained the term "motivation in work behavior", its relationship to the work of the staff and - least but not last - the resources of this motivation. Further follows the definition of worker's stimulation and the stimulus means associated with it. The practical part consists of the characteristics of the financial offices both in Pilsen and in Tachov, further on of the results of empirical investigation, the verification of given hypotheses and of proposals for individual action steps in each financial office.
Job satisfaction

The aim of this work was to focus on the factors that influence job satisfaction at the District Court in the Český Krumlov, determine the current status of overall job satisfaction, and in the case of dissatisfaction propose solutions to improve the situation. To determine the status of the job satisfaction, a questionnaire has been designed. It has been found that the greatest effect on job satisfaction has the reward system. The employees are, however, dissatisfied with it. Nevertheless the employees of the organization are rather satisfied.
